Bookkeeping Assistant

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist with processing payroll and ensuring accurate calculations
- Maintain and update financial records in QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, and other accounting software
- Prepare and process accounts payable invoices
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or errors
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports
- Provide general administrative support to the accounting department
**Skills**:
- Proficient in using QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, and other accounting software
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and calculations
- Familiarity with accounts payable procedures
- Ability to reconcile accounts accurately
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $32,310.46-$60,612.84 per year
