As a
**Purchasing Coordinator**, you will have to provide effective and efficient ways of purchasing and supplying services to the foundry by taking requisitions from departmental users and processes. You will be the go-to person to deliver the purchasing function, which includes overseas purchasing and import, according to company agreements.Being timely and accurate towards the effective processing of purchase orders is what we rely on you for.

Having a customer-centric approach is one of the top skills that we cater to, hence, you will have to seek relevant data and information from multiple and diverse sources when trying to understand the customer and their needs and expectations. You will also have to collaborate and communicate between different stakeholders and departments to build relationships and solve potential problems.

Overall, you will be the specialist in coordinating, and sharing information to influence action within the team more so in critical situations. You will have expertise in resolving interpersonal issues quickly and constructively to develop strong relationships within and between teams and stakeholders.

**Key Technical Criteria**:

- Demonstrated experience in Vendor or inventory management
- Skilled in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management
- Understanding of products and materials used in the foundry environment.
- Expertise in logistics and transportation is a plus
- French and English required
