_**Responsibilities and Qualifications.**_

**Responsibilities**:
1. Maintain strong relationships with brands/ licensor owners for HB Rooster of Brands: Nicole Miller, Pajar, F21, Kendall+Kylie, Wildfox + NEW

2. Manage the marketing timelines, budgets and external and internal agency/stakeholder briefings related to the brand strategy development

3. Identify and develop brand building activities, partnerships and marketing strategies with a true 360 approach, leveraging internal & external knowledge in retail landscape

4. Liaise with licensors regarding all marketing requirements internal & external

5. Manage all brand approvals including:

- Product
- Customer & territory expansion
- Design, packaging and all branding requirements

6. Work with internal marketing/graphic design teams to create: product knowledge catalogs, marketing assets and materials for market weeks

7. Manage all royalty reporting for (work with accounting):

- Nicole Miller: Quarterly
- F21: Quarterly
- Wildfox: Quarterly
- Pajar: Annual

8. Support contract negotiations and monitor all contract terms & tracking mechanism (% of sales, OP/FP, territory expansion, timelines, GMR’s, payments)

9. Support the sales, design, creative, marketing and wholesale teams in brand DNA, seasonal purchase process including inventory analysis

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in relevant industry, fashion industry/handbag industry and licensing experience preferred
- Proven success in running a Fashion product portfolio for brands.
- A fundamental desire to drive passion into exciting brands, connect with the Consumer and be able to ‘think differently’.
- Strategic Thinker: Desire and ability to see the big picture, align with business priorities and steer appropriately.
- Good organizational skills, interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize, whilst still managing multiple projects
- In depth knowledge of social media & other promotional platforms

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
