We are looking for a Manager, Physical Testing, reporting to the Director, Technical Services - Engineering, to lead the team that conducts performance and durability testing on BRP recreational vehicles. In this role, you will have a major impact on the validation activities of products under development, and will be responsible for managing the various test sites.

**YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO**:
Manage vehicle test sites in North America, including human, material and financial resources.

Collaborate with development teams to deploy vehicle validation best practices with a priority focus on health and safety.

Mobilize teams at different test sites to meet quality and performance targets.

Optimize planning to ensure efficient distribution of the workload at different test sites.

With the help of the team, master the concepts of recreational vehicle driving, including skills, equipment, infrastructure and the impact of weather conditions.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
A bachelor’s degree or diploma of college studies (DEC) in engineering and at least five years of relevant experience. Any other combination of relevant training and experience will also be considered.

Good leadership, organizational and priority management skills.

Strong communication and influencing skills.

A commitment to evolve in a flexible and dynamic environment.

Bilingualism is essential, both spoken and written, for daily communication with test sites in the United States.
