Product Owner Role at BRP

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define the product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities
  • Prioritize new features, bugs, and enhancements
  • Lead the development teams through execution in an agile and fast-paced environment
  • Manage the product backlog and drive the entire lifecycle of product development
  • Be the expert on all things metrics and data, ensuring a data-driven approach
  • Participate in testing (A/B, user testing, etc.) to learn, improve, and iterate
  • Build and maintain strong relationships and alignment with key stakeholders
  • Understand and empathize with customers' behaviors and unmet needs to uncover innovation opportunities

Requirements:
  • Ability to build solid business relationships
  • Proven experience of working with and developing a CMS
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and influencing ability
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • High degree of ownership and self-initiative
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing large, complex digital projects
  • 5 years of relevant experience in ecommerce product management
  • Experience managing SOX compliance requirements and controls an asset
  • Great command of English (written and spoken), and French language considered an asset
  • Experience working with Magento is considered an important asset
  • Experience working with Akeneo (PIM) is considered an asset
