Implementation Specialist, Group Retirement Services

**Job Description**:
Reporting to the National Implementation Team Manager - GRS, the
**Implementation Specialist - GRS **will support the implementation of new customers in GRS to deliver an industry-leading, customer-focused service experience to our new Group clients.
**Accountabilities**:
- Prepare and submit all required implementation documents
- GRS experience (former CSS for example)
- Works on small implementations for start up plans (RRSP or RRSP/DPSP), No RPPs
- Plan admin training for small tiers
- Support to the Sr Implementation Specialist
**Qualifications and Competencies**:
- Transferable work experience in GRS
- 2-5 years in the Canadian insurance and/or financial industry specialized in GRS.
- Passion for service excellence, creating connections with clients, and making a difference.
- Experience championing change initiatives.
- Track record of consistently achieving strategic business objectives.
- Ability to build and maintain partnerships both within the organization and customers and advisors.
- High emotional intelligence and ability to help influence thinking and behaviours.
- Good understanding of GRS.
- Industry designations such as RPA and CEBS are considered an asset.
- Bilingual (English / French) is considered an asset
