**Job Description**:
As a member of our National Implementation Team, you will provide administrative support to the group retirement client services team. The Service Support Associate is organized, detail-orientated and experienced with Microsoft’s programs. This role provides critical support to our service team and helps to deliver a high-level client experience.

**Accountabilities**
- Creation of client and advisor reports
- Prepare amendment documents for submission to head office partners
- Use internal systems to create and order client material
- General administrative tasks using Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Provide other administrative support as needed to enhance the client experience, contributing to an efficient, energized and effective Group Customer Team
- Performing general office duties and other
- Provide back-up support to other positions on the team as required

**Qualifications and Competencies**:

- Highly adaptable, driven to be your best, and proven initiative
- Excellent Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and work deadlines
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Knowledge of the group retirement industry would be an asset
