We’re a fast-growing startup with a passion for innovation, and we’re looking for a motivated **B2B Sales Representative** to help us expand our client base.
**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented **B2B Sales Representative** to join our team on a **3-month contract.** This is a **100% commission-based role** with the potential for monthly bonuses. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and secure new clients who need custom virtual training simulations, primarily through **in-person meetings in the Toronto area.** Success in this role requires strong networking skills, a deep understanding of B2B sales, and the ability to close high-ticket deals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Acquisition**: Identify, prospect, and secure new clients across industries who can benefit from custom virtual training simulations.
- **Networking**:Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, such as HR managers, training coordinators, and business owners.
- **Sales Presentations**:Deliver compelling **in-person presentations**in the Toronto area that showcase Forge Simulations’ value proposition and tailor solutions to meet client needs.
- **Market Research**:Conduct research to identify potential opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- **Proposal Development**:Prepare and submit customized proposals that address client-specific training challenges.
- **Target Monitoring**: Regularly review sales targets and performance metrics to ensure alignment with company goals.
- **Face-to-Face Meetings**:Meet clients in person to build trust, close deals, and provide ongoing support.

**Qualifications**:
- **1-2 years of experience in B2B sales**,** preferably in tech, SaaS, or training solutions.
- Strong **communication, presentation,** and **negotiation skills.**:
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Knowledge of virtual training or simulation technology is an asset but not required.
**Expectations**:
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Demonstrate professionalism and integrity in all client interactions.
- Represent Forge Simulations with a focus on delivering value and fostering trust.

Pay: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
