**National Account Manager, Couche-Tard East, PepsiCo Foods Canada (Frito Lay)**

**The Role**

As the Frito Lay National Account Manager for the Couche-Tard East business, you will be responsible for developing annual joint business plans that will allow you to deliver against your mutual financial objectives. You will enable the execution of the customer plans by PepsiCo Foods Canada’s area selling team via regular, effective, impactful, and timely communication.

**Responsibilities**:
**What you’ll be working on**:

- Responsible for the Couche-Tard East business for Frito Lay, with additional scope in managing National Couche-Tard customer initiatives and ensuring linkage to Circle K US plans
- Develop annual Couche-Tard East plans to achieve annual volume, profit and share targets, as well as supporting the customer to achieve their strategic objectives
- Enable execution of plans by PepsiCo Foods Canada’s area selling team via regular, effective, impactful and timely communication
- Leverage category and shopper insight data to develop high performing sales and merchandising initiatives
- Strong collaboration with internal cross-functional teams within PepsiCo Foods Canada as well as PepsiCo Beverages Canada
- Be a strong advocate to further our culture by participating in various initiatives

Qualifications:
**Who’s a good fit for the team**:

- You are a university graduate, preferably with a degree in a business discipline
- You have 3-5 years of experience leading a national account or a field team
- You are bilingual (French / English)
- You have the ability to develop and execute strategic, fact-based annual business plans and develop creative solutions to challenges
- You are highly motivated and work well in an environment with high autonomy
- You have strong thinking skills, with the ability to see connections in data and trends
- You have strong analytical skills and negotiation skills
- You have the ability to multitask and effectively handle several projects / priorities
- You have strong communication skills and the ability to influence
