**How you will create impact**:

- Delivering training and supporting learners in gaining knowledge and skill competency in virtual and face-to-face environments.
- Reviewing, monitoring and updating claims curricula and training materials for existing programs to ensure content is current and relevant.
- Creating a client service culture and embedding client engagement practices into the design, development, and delivery of claims training, in order to build knowledge and service expertise.

**To join our team**:

- You have one year of experience in training development and delivery.
- You have a post-secondary education, preferably in adult learning or related field.
- Having the Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) or Fellow Chartered Insurance Professional (FCIP) designation(s) would be an asset.
- Proficiency in both English and French is essential to the main duties in this role, including servicing and communicating primarily with majority anglophone and francophone clients, groups, and teams. The essential non-French duties are not assignable to adjacent or other team members.
