**Responsabilités**:

- Vous serez responsable des formulaires fiscaux tels que, mais sans s'y limiter, la TVA, la retenue à la source, l'impôt sur le revenu et le prix de transfert.
- Coordination des activités fiscales pour les entités d'Ultium Cam, responsable de la conformité fiscale (locale), préparation des documents pour les audits et les régulateurs locaux.
- Expert en la matière pour tout projet ayant des implications fiscales.
- Comptabilité et rapports fiscaux
- Superviser et mettre en œuvre, en coordination avec le service informatique, les exigences de l'IRS dans les systèmes de l'entreprise.
- Impliquer et soutenir la planification fiscale, directe et indirecte, y compris les subventions gouvernementales.

**Exigences**:

- Baccalauréat dans un domaine en lien avec le poste.
- La maîtrise du français et de l'anglais est requise pour ce poste.
- La maîtrise du coréen comme langue supplémentaire serait un atout.
- Compétences de base en Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Capacité à apprendre rapidement et à travailler en équipe.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for Tax forms such as, but not limited to, VAT, Withholding Tax, Income Tax & Transfer Price.
- Coordination of Tax Activities for the Ultium Cam entities, responsible for Tax compliance (local), preparation of documentations for audits and local regulators.
- Subject matter expert for any project with tax implications.
- Tax accounting & Reporting
- Oversee and implement, in coordination with IT, IRS requirements in company systems.
- Involved and supports Tax planning, Direct and Indirect, including government grants.

**What we are looking **for**:

- Open to work in a multicultural environment
- Experienced and knowledgeable in Canada/Quebec Tax rules
- Hands on person, willing to take on simple tasks as well a complex situation, available to navigate in a startup company, building everything from scratch.
- Bilingual is a must.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field related to the position.
- Proficiency in French and English is required for this role.
- Proficiency in Korean as an additional language would be an asset.
