Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Contrôleur/Contrôleuse en Gestion des Ressources Matérielles « MRP » pour notre équipe de la Chaine d’Approvisionnement à Rolls-Royce Montréal.

Nos ingénieur(e)s de fabrication développent des processus de fabrication de pointe pour donner vie à nos solutions.

Dans ce poste, vous serez responsable de la gestion, de la planification et de l'acquisition des produits et services requis pour répondre aux exigences de la chaîne d'approvisionnement de Rolls-Royce Canada.

Ce que nous attendons de vous
- Vous traiterez les demandes des clients à la fois en interne et en externe, conformément au calendrier convenu. Il est probable que vous devrez travailler le 2e quart de travail (13 h - 20 h 30).
- Vous surveillez et assurez le respect du calendrier de livraison pour inclure l'identification d'alternatives d'approvisionnement en collaboration avec les fonctions techniques et stratégiques pour respecter le respect du calendrier. Vous traiterez les demandes d'achat via SAP conformément aux exigences établies.
- Gestion quotidienne des vendeurs/fournisseurs et sécurisation de l'acceptation de l'engagement pour les composants affectés (pièces de rechange ou sous-traitants). Soutenir le processus d'approbation des fournisseurs, y compris le changement de source et de méthode dans les délais pour répondre aux exigences opérationnelles, y compris le déchargement des réparations de composants
- Assurer une gestion efficace des stocks (à l'aide de SAP) pour les composants assignés conformément aux directives de Rolls-Royce Canada et conformément aux objectifs d'inventaire préétablis. Mener des activités d'amélioration continue au sein de la chaîne d'approvisionnement pour optimiser les niveaux de stocks, améliorer la fiabilité des livraisons, réduire les délais et éliminer les activités sans valeur ajoutée.

Exigences de base
- Diplôme d'études collégiales (DEC) ou Baccalauréat en chaîne d'approvisionnement, commerce, gestion des opérations ou l'équivalent.
- Bilingue français et anglais (écrit et parlé)
- Doit être citoyen canadien ou résident permanent du Canada
- Compétences en communication compétentes, confiantes et professionnelles.
- Compréhension du contrôle des stocks.
- Compréhension et fonctionnement des systèmes informatiques (SAP, Microsoft Office, Powerpoint, etc.)

Exigences préférées:

- Les études / titres CPIM, CAPICS, PMAC sont un atout.
- Excel avancé serait un atout.
- Connaissance de Power BI serait un atout.
- Une expérience en chaîne d'approvisionnement, en commerce ou en gestion des opérations serait un atout.
