**Job Description and Qualifications**

This position is responsible for contractor sourcing, draft review and negotiate terms and conditions for contractual agreements and perform post award contract administration activities for third party services supporting plant engineering and construction services activities on capital projects. These activities include, but are not limited to, heading weekly meetings with all stakeholders, issuing change orders and contract amendments, reviewing and approving invoices, managing the contract budget, and ensuring contractor is complying with all contractual obligations. This position also manages third party EPC contracts and all other types of contracts necessary on projects.
