Responsibilities:

- Work with discharge planners and families in offering Milestone Health services, conducting in home service consultations, and securing home care business.
- Responsible for researching and developing client relationships and producing referrals; performing all phases of sales process including preparation and documentation of cold calls, follow-up calls, determining referral source and client needs, recommending appropriate dervices and additional community resources, maintaining, and nuturing existing referral accounts.
- Achieve inquiry generation objectives for assigned service areaswith the primary goal of bringing in new business to increase overall market share. Target accounts include hospitals, home health agencies, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, senior centers, hospice, community group home services and other related referral sources.
- Achieve sales objectives regionally, quarterly and annually.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of the Milestone Health Brand. Effectively present Milestone marketing materials and services to referral providers in a variety of forums including one on one meetingsand planning, arranging, and conducting in-services and fromal group presentations to referral providers.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within the assigned service area including the use of software to maintain accurate records to maximize service area potential.

- Work independently, maintain confientiality, and meet deadlines
- Demonstrate effective interpersonal skills, sound judgement and good decision-making
- Demonstrate discretion, integrity, and fair-mindedness consistent with company standards, practices, policies, and procedures
- Organize and prioritize daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly work.
- Establish good working relationships with office colleagues, clients, and the community. Present a professional appearance and demeanor. Operate office equipment. Posses strong computer skills and be proficient in Word, Excel, and social media platforms. Be able to work evenings or weekends as required, and be on-call based on office rotation for inquires and assessments.
