Brandt is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for our Regina head office location as part of our Executive Services team.

This position is responsible for various administrative duties, and providing support to the branch/office as required.

Duties & Responsibilities
- As a front-line worker, present a positive and professional image of the organization to all visitors, suppliers, inquiries, and other interactions
- Refer all inquiries to the appropriate individuals, divisions, or departments across the organization
- Administer and manage inbound/outbound mail, including priority post, packages, courier services, and other correspondence
- Review and prepare documents, reports and other correspondence materials as assigned.
- Type forms, letters, reports, and memos as necessary
- Fax, photocopy and scan documents as required.
- Ensure the necessary office supplies are stocked and obtained at the best possible price
- Coordination and set-up of facility lunches and special gatherings.
- Assist in the coordination of departmental office activities
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all interactions.
- Other duties, relevant to the position, shall be assigned as required.
- Maintain the reception in a tidy and presentable manner
- Provide administrative support to Operations Managers and other managers when time permits.

- Superior telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills required.
- Proven ability to build strong working relationships.
- Strong written and verbal skills to communicate with all levels of the organization and its executive team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering, as well as inventory control of these items.
- Meticulous records maintenance skills
- Experience with internal controls, and working with operations management.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Must be able to work independently and work well as part of a team.

Required Experience
- High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent.
- Post-secondary diploma/degree is preferred but not required.
- 2-4 years' experience in a related role is required.
