We are currently seeking a Sales Coordinator within our Burlington office. This individual is expected to have the showroom/office ready to open at 7am and their shift will end at 3pm, Monday to Friday.

**Overview**:
This position requires someone who possesses high attention to detail, is well organized and has superior face to face customer skills. This position plays an important role within the company as it will be the front line to customers both over the phone and in the showroom. The individual will need to carry out the entire quote to sales order to invoice life cycle, and assist customers that call into the office.

As a secondary function, this individual would help out with cold calling/business development and with marketing/trade show events.

**Duties**
- Provide exceptional customer service and promptly answer all questions and inquiries.
- Enter all orders accurately, recommend additional add-on sales.
- Gain product knowledge
- Key contact for Outside Sales Territory Managers; assist in selling specials and provide sales support.
- Assist with customer accounts including issuing credits, debits, investigating discrepancies.
- Maintain contact with warehouse to ensure shipments leave in a timely manner
- Assist Purchasing/Inventory where needed.
- Notify Sales Manager of all potential opportunities, missed sales, inventory discrepancies, market trends, etc.
- Adhoc tasks when necessary

**Qualifications**:

- Strong verbal communication, selling and customer service skills
- Experience with both phone and in-person sales
- Ability to handle customer issues and requirements
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Able to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks and manage multiple priorities
- Able to perform well in stressful situations
- Work effectively in a close team atmosphere
- Ability to analyze, solve problems and make decisions
- Business development experience a nice to have
