THE OPPORTUNITY:
ROLE ACCOUNTABILITY:

- Maintaining, organizing records and databases
- Collaborate with Principal re: development and finalization of project and land Pro Forma’s
- Property research and tracking
- Appointment tracking, communicating, coordinating and ongoing management
- Social Media, website collaboration and execution
- Project life cycle timeline tracking
- Track and report meeting minutes
- Updating real estate platforms: rew.ca, rate-my-agent, agent pronto, realtor.ca
- Managing public reviews and testimonials
- Manage delivery and tracking of deposit payment cheques

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Exceptional at cultivating and fostering genuine relationships
- Excellent communication and written skills.
- A self-starter who can solve problems independently.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to set priorities to meet multiple project deadlines.
- Experience in a project sales environment
- Extremely proficient and ability to multitask.
- A willingness to adapt and accept new responsibilities to achieve overall team objectives.
- Post-Secondary Education

ASSETS:

- Knowledge of CRM and Sales Software Systems
- Copywriting proofreading and editing experience
- Proficiency with MS Office software, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Pro
- Secondary Language Skill

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
