Under the supervision of the Director, Marketing and Business Development, you will be responsible for providing support for the efforts of the entire centre of expertise, implementing various strategies and programs to oversee internal and external partners’ efforts with regard to digitally positioning the Ivanhoé Cambridge brand worldwide. Your main duties in this position are as follows:

- Put the necessary procedures, templates and specifications in place in order to maintain consistency across marketing initiatives and tools; relay these to the appropriate stakeholders;
- Act as an institutional resource and point person with regard to compliance with guidelines;
- Lead briefings with agencies and other partners for the creation and development of marketing collateral;
- Contribute to the production and design of effective, innovative marketing collateral, adapting existing materials where appropriate;
- Ensure the necessary internal and external approvals are obtained for all content overseen by the team;
- Play an advisory role with internal and external partners; make recommendations on format, structure and content;
- Monitor project status and ensure all deadlines, budgets and objectives are met; ensure the final product meets quality standards;
- Oversee the technical quality and brand compliance of production documents created or adapted in-house or by external suppliers;
- Conduct photo and video sessions as required;
- Retouch images as required;
- Work with the Corporate Marketing Advisor, in developing strategies and executing multiplatform digital content projects;
- Identify relevant KPIs, analyze data, interpret performance reports and propose opportunities;
- Design and produce brand visuals containing various types of content (print and digital) for a wide range of projects (videos, digital campaigns, ads, presentations, brochures, newsletters and other documents);
- Keep tabs on new market and industry trends by conducting research on the market and competitors and by attending various industry meetings; use this information to improve processes and suggest new ideas;
- Carry out any other related tasks requested by the immediate supervisor or related to marketing and business development.

- University degree in marketing or equivalent academic credentials;
- Five years of relevant experience; agency experience, a strong asset;
- Proven advisory and consulting capabilities;
- Solid understanding of marketing principles and issues;
- Excellent team player with natural interpersonal skills;
- Analytical, results-driven mindset; imaginative and detail-oriented;
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in French and English;
- Driven, resourceful self-starter;
- Creativity in generating ideas and solving problems; knowledge of interactive and animation solutions, an asset;
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office, Adobe suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva;
