As part of its North American development plan, Huttopia Group is seeking a Brand Communication Advisor based in Montreal.

Huttopia Group, a leader in the glamping and ecotourism industry, designs, builds and operates sites in unique natural settings. Founded over 20 years ago in France, Huttopia expanded to North America in 2007. The company currently operates over 100 sites in 8 countries across 3 continents. Rooted in a rapidly growing market, Huttopia has based its development on a strong entrepreneurial spirit, innovation, and nature conservation.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Brand Communication Advisor at Huttopia, you will play a crucial role in executing global brand communication and digital marketing strategies. Your role encompasses a range of responsibilities aimed at connecting with our target audience, driving engagement, and enhancing our brand presence on various platforms. You will report to the President and CEO of the organization.

**Here is an overview of your responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans to reinforce the brand's unique identity, following Huttopia's overall brand strategy.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to ensure brand message and imagery consistency across all communication materials (brochures, magazines, etc.).
- Supervise photo and video sessions to ensure visually appealing content aligns with Huttopia's brand image.
- Manage annual campaigns from conception to execution, ensuring they align with brand values and resonate with target audiences.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns, using data to optimize results.
- Maintain Huttopia's presence on travel industry websites and platforms, increasing visibility among potential customers.
- Lead the management of our social media channels, engaging our community.
- Ensure our website is consistently updated.
- Cultivate and manage partnerships with like-minded brands, expanding Huttopia's network and collaboration opportunities.
- Liaise with public relations teams in Canada and the United States, ensuring brand communication and messaging consistency.

**Mobility**:
You will be required to visit our sites in North America and collaborate with our marketing communication department at our headquarters in Lyon. Therefore, you must possess a valid passport and have the ability to work outdoors occasionally.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in brand communication and digital marketing, preferably (but not necessarily) in tourism, hospitality, or related industries.
- Design skills in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, etc.).
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills in both English and French, with great attention to detail.
- Fluency in both French and English is essential.
- Knowledge of North American markets, trends, and consumer behavior.
- Creative thinking ability to conceive and execute innovative marketing campaigns.
- Analytical mindset and the ability to interpret campaign metrics and use data for informed decision-making.
