YSK Media is searching for a talented social media manager to represent our company by building a social media presence for different brands. The social media manager will be required to manage different social media account, run advertising campaigns and drive engagement by creating high-quality original content. You would also engage influencers, manage communities by responding to comments, and oversee customer service across all platforms.

To be successful as a social media manager, you should possess a wealth of pertinent marketing experience. Ultimately, a top-notch social media manager should back their expertise by creating and sharing all relevant technical documents.

As a Social Media Manager, you will hold the responsibility for the marketing activities on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. This may be for various clients as you will be the voice of different clients to the online community.

Roles and responsibilities include:

- Running social media advertising campaigns.
- Formulating high-quality novel written and visual content for each social media campaign.
- Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence.
- Monitoring different company's brand on social media.
- Managing online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement.
- Responding to comments on social media accounts
- Overseeing customer service provided via social media.
- Development and implementation of the Brand strategy.
- Developing the marketing strategy for new and existing products for the social media pages you would be managing.
- Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition.
- Developing and delivering marketing and communications strategies for the company
- Posting/promoting current posts on a regular basis.
- Manage Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn) marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities.
- Curate relevant content to reach the company's ideal customers.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content.
- Develop and expand community and/or blogger outreach efforts.Reach out to relevant influencers to build relationships with content creators.
- Oversee design (ie: Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, and blog). Design, create and manage promotions and Social ad campaigns. Compile report for management showing results (ROI).
- Create and manage ad campaigns on different social media platform
- Engage in dialogues and answering questions for the Company in Social Media spaces, where appropriate.
- Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results and report notable threats to appropriate management.

**Requirements**:

- Post Secondary School (could still be in progress)
- Experience with the latest in social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and using them to promote a business.
- Experience developing social media strategies.
- Experience working with and developing a marketing plan.
- Ability to develop the right voice for each social media platform.
- Understanding of graphic design principles.
- Ability to measure the success of campaigns.
- Graphic Design Experience and a visual aesthetic
- Able to juggle and prioritize many tasks at once.
- Familiar with relevant influencers in London and GTA community.
- You’ve got a sense of humor and personality that will resonate with our community.
- You have direct experience either managing a business’ social media presence or building one of your own (your own social media following).
- Curious and passionate: Always looking to learn new things.
- You are self-directed, self-motivated, and scrappy (if you don’t know how to do something, you aren’t afraid to research and learn a new skill).
- Experience using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
