Social Media Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
Create original content, including short-form videos (Reels, Tiktok), memes, and any other content as required
Schedule video and editorial content on Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms
Execute current affiliate initiatives and promotions, and explore new affiliate opportunities
Communicate with external affiliate partners and maintain strong partnerships
Communicate with external video partners and maintain strong partnerships
Assess brand performance daily using digital analytic tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite)
Comment and communicate daily with the audience to build a healthy and engaged social following
Monitor and adjust, as needed, posting cadence and strategy
Leverage newsletter subscribers and Facebook group members to increase followers and engagement
Regularly develop and execute A-B testing to drive key performance indicators
Work closely with video and content team members to provide regular, actionable feedback
Create social media calendar using social media listening tools and historical performance data
**Skill Requirements**:
Social media expertise with a strong understanding of organic algorithms and digital marketing
Ability to analyze social media KPIs to make data-driven decisions
Proficient in social design tools such as Canva to create original memes, short-form video content—we’re looking for someone creative who knows what gets people talking, commenting, sharing
Thrives in a fast-paced environment, able to prioritize and adapt to changing requirements.
Self-structuring and process-oriented, you need to be able to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with social media and analytical tools such as Meta Business Suite and Google Analytic
Ability to quickly research and learn new areas of brand-related topics
Knowledge of and passion for mindfulness, self-improvement, astrological, and spiritual content
