**Digital Marketing Specialist**

**Opportunities**:

- Manage and optimize SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns to enhance visibility and drive traffic.
- Track, analyze, and report on web traffic, conversions, and campaign performance, tying these to venue leads and profitability.
- Oversee and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Create and manage digital content, including social media posts, promotional materials, and visual assets.
- Produce engaging content for platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels, focusing on video and photography.
- Collaborate on the development of a content calendar, ensuring alignment with brand voice and goals.
- Guide the visual identity of the brands, creating graphics for digital and print use.
- Assist in maintaining and updating websites for our brands, enhancing user experience and ensuring up-to-date content.
- Assist in the design and development of new company websites as needed.
- Execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and manage online reputation.
- Track and analyze social media metrics to inform strategy and report on performance.
- Funnel social media leads to appropriate staff members at Venue Level utilizing company practices.
- Assist in improving search engine rankings and website traffic.
- Drive growth in social media engagement and online community presence.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a digital marketing
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in content creation including photography, videography, editing and graphic design
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, Wordpress, Later, Canva, Microsoft Office, Meta, TikTok, Pintrest, and Mailchimp
- University degree preferred with College Diploma/Certificate in Communications, Business, Advertising, Marketing or Public Relations
- Passion for industry, food & beverage experience/knowledge of hospitality industry considered an asset
- Strong attention to detail, great communication, sense of urgency and organizational skills
- Ability to help manage multiple tasks in an environment of rapid change and shifting priorities
- Must be effective team player and able to work collaboratively and independently with venues and leadership
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; written and verbal.
- Strong work ethic, team oriented, positive, and energetic with a great sense of humour
