**Position Summary**

The Data and Evaluation Coordinator collects, analyses and reports on key program and organizational data to support strategic priorities, ensure quality standards and meet reporting requirements. The Coordinator supports to development of evaluation frameworks and plans and MCC’s participation in accreditation. They build organizational capacity of staff and management to track outcomes and key performance indicators.

**Qualifications**

**Education**
- Post-Secondary education in Social Services Field

**Skills, Expertise and Experience**
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in data collection, analysis and evaluation
- Demonstrated understanding of computerized data systems and the ability to extract relevant data to support quality and evaluation initiatives
- Proven ability to write effective reports and proposals
- Direct experience designing and implement evaluation plans
