We are looking for a passionate individual with a minimum experience of 1 year working in a Real Estate Office

Job duties Include but will not be limited:

- Uploading MLS Listings, Updating/Changing Status, Uploading pictures, Scanning and Uploading Documents, Price Changes
- Broker Bay: Appointment Management
- TRREB Navigation Capability
- High level of familiarity with paperwork/offers: Preparing offers, completing or obtaining documents for Deals, and utilising Authentisign as needed.
- Helping Agents With day to day admin responsibilities.
- Maintaining the visiting log and extending a warm welcome to all clients and visitors.
- Real estate systems (MLS, Broker Bay, etc.) operation
- Carry out any additional job duties as required to maintain the business's smooth operation helping the owner/brokerKeep an eye on, order, and manage an inventory of office supplies processing deposit receipts for all helping to prepare trade record sheets and other necessary paperwork related to deals making offers and feature sheets

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30-40 per week

**Salary**: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
