**SALES COORDINATOR**

Who is ideavation?

We’re a fast growing full service global procurement agency based in Richmond Hill, ON specializing in branded promotional and marketing products. We deliver outstanding product marketing experiences to some of North America’s most prominent companies. Our small entrepreneurial team is looking for you - a confident and energetic Sales Coordinator to join our growing company to support our sales & management team.

**POSITION TYPE**: Full-time, on-site (this role requires in-person management of physical products).

**LOCATION**: Richmond Hill, ON

In this in-office role you will play a key role on the team, performing a variety of important activities in a lively, fast-paced environment. As the main point person for many of our clients, you’re a vital part of the customer experience. You will love working with our clients; deepening our existing relationships and fostering new ones as we grow. You will also have many exciting opportunities to exercise your out-of-the box thinking and problem solving skills.

**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**

Your day to day (no two days look exactly alike).

You get to manage the entire order life cycle from when the order is placed and every step along the way until the shipment is delivered to the happy customer.
- Secure quotes from vendors.
- Coordinate artwork from the client to the vendor. -Work with vendors to align timelines with customer needs -Coordinate shipping end to end -Monitoring and updating inventory software and replenish low stock levels -General customer care. -Ensure service levels are met (shipping timelines, problem resolution).a resourceful nature and excellent problem solving capabilities.

**SKILL REQUIREMENTS**
- College or University Degree preferred.
- 2+years experience in an administrative or customer / sales support role.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills (this is a customer facing role that requires the ability to communicate to a variety of external stakeholders).
- Excellent organization and high attention to detail. -Able to work independently on client projects in a collaborative team environment -Ability to multi-task, managing many projects with accuracy, each with critical time lines in a fast-paced environment;
- Applied proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites.
- Experience with Shopify / E Stores.
- Experience maintaining and utilizing a CRM for client/contact management.

**Salary**: From $45,000.00 per year
