As a member of the Customer Experience team, the Sales Administration Coordinator assists the Director of Customer Experience and collaborates with the Finance, Sales, Engineering and Operations teams in sales administration.
- Assists the Customer Experience Director in sales administration and business process improvement.
- Supervises the work of the SalesBooking, Sales Coordination and Billing departments.
- Ensures the quality of transactions entered into the database for sales and contract bookings.
- Collaborates in the preparation of service contracts and customer communications.
- Responsible for invoicing service tickets and service contracts, and for ensuring that invoices are consistent with service contracts and work performed.
- Responsible for invoicing subcontractors
- Produces a monthly service contract billing validation report.
- Produces a monthly report of contract renewals to be forwarded to the sales team.
- Supervises and supports the Customer Service Coordinator in the performance of his/her duties.
- Establishes and fosters positive internal and external relationships.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years in an administrative support role
- Understanding of public procurement processes and policies would be an asset.
- Bilingualism in French and English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Advanced technical skills with Office suite including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Acrobat.
- Initiative and ability to work independently and collaborate successfully in a team environment.
- Superior organizational skills and proven ability to manage multiple projects to completion.
- Ability to self-manage and accomplish tasks with mínimal supervision.
- Conscientious with great attention to detail.
