Senior Leadership Opportunity - Manager, People and Culture

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead/manage the Human Resources function, ensuring people processes and practices support the delivery of business objectives.
- Collaborate with the Senior Management Team to identify and develop long-term strategic priorities and corporate policies and programs.
- Develop and implement Human Resources plans, strategies, and effort priorities, including talent attraction and retention, people development, organization design and total rewards.
- Lead the organization culture planning and implementation priorities, ensuring workplace diversity, fairness, and equity are pillars in the development of a high-performance workforce.
- Lead the professional development of the HR, finance, and administrative teams.
- Oversee administrative support and processes of the organization.
- Oversee corporate finance, IT, and facilities resources (via Controller).

**What You Will Bring**:

- 4-year degree in social sciences, business administration, or related field.
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) considered an asset.
- Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation considered an asset.
- Minimum 10 years experience in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in a senior management/leadership role.
- Strategic leadership experience, including board interaction.
- Highly effective communication, mediation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated strength and track record with successful change management strategies and the ability to influence up/down/across the organization.
