**What you’ll do**
- Support the development of the annual Asset Sustainment Plan as well as budget forecasting (Capital and Operating), financial analysis, and whole asset lifecycle cost analyses
- Identify, develop, and communicate relevant information to support departmental long
- and short-term asset sustainment planning and asset sustainment decision making activities
- Develop asset risk profiles based on consequence and likelihood of failure
- Identify, develop, and evaluate asset re-investment alternatives that balance performance, cost and risk using cost-benefit analysis methodologies (such as net present value)
- Conduct “what if investment scenarios” to assist with asset management decision making
- Support the definition of asset condition assessment methodologies, tools, and templates
- Plan, coordinate, and execute asset data collection and asset condition assessment initiatives
- Perform quality control on data capture, asset acquisition, and condition assessment events
- Maintain and perform updates to the asset information and data standard
- Execute changes to the asset hierarchy, asset register, asset attributes and evaluate the impact of incoming incoming change requests or required modifications
- Identify and address asset data and information gaps related to the EAM/CMMS
- Coordinate periodic quality assurance reviews related to asset information and data
- Support the definition of system requirements and enhancements related to the EAM/CMMS
- Perform other duties as required by the Manger of Asset Sustainment and Reliability

**What you bring**
- Post-secondary degree in Science, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Math or a related discipline
- 3 to 5 years’ of experience in infrastructure asset management, or a combination of planning, design, build operations, and maintenance experience in a capital asset intensive organization
- Strong financial literacy, knowledge of capital planning, business case and budget development
- Knowledge of engineering and technical development practices for the design of facility systems and production process-related equipment
- Knowledge of asset management activities / practices and EAM/CMMS software
- Experience in data analysis and the development of predictive data models
- Project management skills, including work planning, monitoring and evaluation expertise, to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and tight deadlines
- Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to facilitate meetings, and provide analytical-based insights that support asset re-investment decisions
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
