**About you**:You consider yourself a master wrangler and coordinator**:
Communicating and coordinating with partners and leaders in Innovation, VDC, and Automation is exciting to you as you plan and advance BIM workflows within the organization and share ideas.

**You are curious about multiple disciplines in engineering**:
While you may have supported design work related to only one technical discipline historically, you are excited to liaise and coordinate across an award-winning company that is multidisciplinary which includes Transportation, Water, Structural, Landscape and much more.

**You know how to keep projects on track**:
You come with your own project management experience to keep the roll out and implementation on track.
You champion technology and innovation and help others see opportunity:
You act as an advocate for an innovative culture within the organization, promoting a mindset that embraces change and experimentation.

**Your cover letter must demonstrate**:

- What interests you about BIM.
- Experience communicating and project managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Tell us about a design project that you’re proud of.

**Your resume should show us**:

- An Engineering, Information Technology or relatable Diploma, Degree or equivalent technology diploma experience.
- Direct experience using 3D design tools such as Revit or Civil 3D.
- Experience designing and implementing vertical or horizontal infrastructure projects.

**Bonus points for**:

- Work in a BIM environment using programs such as Autodesk Construction Cloud, Navisworks or Inventor.
- BIM Certification from accredited institution or equivalent BIM industry experience.
- Experience with BIM process creation.

A Little More About the Role
- Assist ISL’s disciplines with developing standardized BIM processes and workflows.
- In conjunction with ISL’s Innovation and Technology team, create detailed plans for deployment of enhanced project delivery processes.
- Act as an advocate for BIM and other techniques to improve project delivery.
- Review software requirements and new software options for use in the company.
- Assist with onboarding new employees to give them insight into BIM procedures.
- Track upcoming projects to help with implementing BIM processes and workflows.
- Manage BIM implementations with project managers.
- Assist with quality reviews to ensure BIM processes are being completed as expected.

Depending on your experience level, the salary range for this position (based on a 40-hour work week) is:

- $70,000 to $90,000
