For years, Para-Mentors has provided professional hiring support to the Paramedic industry, including operating the Paramedic Career Fair, assisting with service recruitments, spreading job postings, and offering hiring prep services.

Para CPR & First Aid was launched in 2023 and is already gaining credibility because of our high quality, Paramedic-led courses.

Expansion into multiple areas necessitates hiring a dedicated manager to take the lead on sales operations.

**Role Description - Sales Manager**

Here are some of the duties that the new Sales Manager will be responsible for:

- Coordinating the overall sales effort of the company
- Communicating with sales propspects through a variety of methods
- Managing customer/lead information processing inside of a CRM system
- Designing and improving systems as needed to increase efficiency of sales processes
- Working with other departments as needed (operations, marketing, etc)
- Proactively acquiring new leads through innovative methods (networking events, door-to-door, referrals, etc)
- Answering lead/client inquiries
- Attending public outreach events

**Position Expectations**

Para-Mentors has the following expectations of our new Sales Manager:

- _Time Management - _You'll be responsible for maintaining multiple time-sensitive priorities. This could include planning new projects, following up with leads, communicating with other departments, etc. Making effective use of time is a critical aspect.
- _Independent Work Ethic - _You'll be responsible for designing and deploying new initiatives independently, and following those initiatives to completion. While you'll always have the leadership team to rely on, being able to independently work is a key to success.
- _Smartphone / computer _- you must have access to a cell phone, computer, and reliable internet access for both. We use digital communication for all of our internal communications.
- _Professionalism_ - Our whole company model is based on being the best in whatever industry we enter, and that is especially important in our frontline operations. We want our employees to be enthusiastic and passionate about their roles and consistently display this in their work.

**Key required qualifications**
- You must have these to be a good fit on our team. These attributes must be present in order to advance through the process._
- Completed education as a paramedic, nurse, RT, or similar emergency medical professional
- Excellent communication ability - verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills
- Constant positive attitude in the workplace
- Strong independent work ethic and time management skills
- Desire to help advance the profession
- Passionate about the work that our company is doing
- Moderate computer and technology skills
- Access to a smartphone, computer and reliable internet
