You, our **Client Service Representative** will:

- Be the first smile our clients see or feel when they walk in or phone
- Understand customer needs and match them to our services
- Inspect and Process incoming garments with care and respect
- Provide completed orders to customers at pick-up, including collection of payment and ensure that customers have a great experience
- Will work closely in a team that wants to thrive together

- aren't afraid to learn (there's a blend of manual and technology based tools here, but we'll teach you what you need to know to succeed)
