**The role**:
As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from our current customers.

**What will my day look like?**

Your role will give you the opportunity to resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently by
- following up an idea of what customer needs during a call
- escalating any calls to other departments if necessary
- providing detailed description to the customer through your knowledge of the products and services we offer.
- working on scheduled hours

**What you will bring**
- Be driven by a passion to speak to customers, and surpass expectations in helping them
- Be able to navigate through computer systems whilst maintaining a great phone manner and attention to detail
- Someone who thrives in a high energy, fast-paced & supportive team environment
- Communication skills covering verbal, listening and written capabilities
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment from home and in the office

This role allows for hybrid working, with a mix of on site and remote working across the week. However, we would require you to be on site for training at as we think this works best in person.

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
