**Responsibilities will include**:

- Coordinate faculty recruitment and onboarding to ensure an effective, efficient, rigorous, and carefully executed process is in place and followed.
- Coordinate faculty development and training sessions.
- Collaborate closely with Student Success to arrange tutors for the tutoring centre and the Career Centre for faculty advisors.
- Maintain faculty database for hiring and scheduling.
- Promote collaboration between the Academic and Student Services, Registration, Career Services, and other college departments.
- Demonstrate passion for delivering excellent service with a commitment to faculty and student satisfaction and success.
- Become conversant with, and ensure implementation of college policies and procedures by all faculty and departmental staff.
- Promote a strong sense of Quality Assurance, taking active steps in following the QA standards set forth by the College.
- Reinforce an organizational culture that understands the challenges and barriers to success that international students face.
- Prepared to commit to occasional overtime, evenings and weekends; in order to ensure our students receive an outstanding post-secondary education.

**Requirements**:

- 3 years or more of experience at an academic or HR administrator’s level working in a post-secondary institution.
- Human Resources, Graduate Certificate or Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred) in a relevant field.
- Ability to remain focused under the pressure of competing deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Emotional Intelligence to enable positive motivation with team members.
- Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong analytic and organizational skills, with experience using Excel and other software a definite asset.
- Able to set priorities, objectives, and achieve them within the agreed upon timeline.
- Understanding of international student needs and concerns
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (i.e., Moodle) is an asset.
