**What You Get To Do**:
- Be the construction lead (foreman) on projects in town and out of town (Sudbury and Timmins).
- Responsible for performing installations with one or more crew members.
- Building decks and cribbing for units.
- Accountable for training and development of installation crew members.
- Perform and dispatch service calls.
- Load and unload furniture from trailers, and repair units as required.
- Perform retrofit of units as required which can include partitions and bathrooms.
- Cleaning and winterizing units.
- Welding broken steps.
- Moving units in and out of service bays.
- Dispatching and coordinating transportation.
- General yard and office maintenance.
**Who You Are**:
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in the construction industry.
- Familiar with all aspects of construction including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Capable of developing a project scope of work, and willingness to work extended hours and weekends as required by the project schedule.
- Able to perform a range of heavy and light duty tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze problems, create solutions, and work under pressure.
- Reliable, hardworking, strong work ethic and an ability to work as part of a team.
- Certification for operating a telescopic handler, forklift.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office suite required.
- Valid Ontario driver’s license.
