**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Manage daily office operations including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Answer phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while addressing inquiries and directing calls as necessary.
- Provide Employee Training Support, coordinate bookings, ensure completion of training booked and update record-keeping of employee training sessions.
- Arrange travel and accommodation details for employees when necessary.
- Provide support for our Health and Safety team to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
- Maintain supply and inventory controls ensuring a well-stocked office environment.
- Assist with filing and organizing documents to ensure easy access to information.
- Support the preparation of reports and presentations using various software packages.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve office efficiency.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with office policies.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in an administrative role, office setting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on professional phone etiquette.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document management.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
