The Financial Analyst assists the Financial Planning Manager in providing accurate and timely reporting and analysis to achieve the Company’s business and financial objectives.

**What we get**
- 1-3 years of relevant professional experience
- Undergraduate degree with a major in Accounting
- Detailed oriented and demonstrates strong business acumen
- Excel in working in a fast pace, dynamic environment and have demonstrated time management and organizational skills
- Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to work with large volumes of data
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and experience with financial modelling
- Strong work ethic and self-motivated
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain monthly excel schedules through tracking of client programs, and preparation of journal entries to ensure compliance with GAAP
- Monthly reporting and analysis of digital sales against Budget/Reforecast
- Assist accounting with invoicing and variance related questions, including year-end audit
- Investigate and conduct appropriate variance analysis on all areas (particularly sales) based on deviations of actual results vs. budget/reforecast
- Assist the Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis with carrying out Budgeting and Reforecasting activities
- Complete/execute other ad hoc activities that may arise from time to time as requested
