Admissions/marketing Representative

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Queens Collegiate High School's language and high school programs to prospective students and families.
- Conduct outreach activities, including attending community events, fairs, and information sessions, to engage with potential students and promote our school.
- Build and maintain relationships with local schools, community organizations, and educational partners to expand our network and reach prospective students.
- Provide information and guidance to prospective students and families regarding our programs, admissions process, and scholarship opportunities.
- Conduct tours and informational sessions for prospective students and families to showcase our school facilities, curriculum, and extracurricular activities.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content, to effectively communicate the value proposition of our programs.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitive offerings to identify opportunities for program enhancement and differentiation.
- Track and analyze enrollment data, admissions metrics, and marketing campaign effectiveness to inform decision-making and optimize strategies.
- Represent Queens Collegiate High School at admissions events, open houses, and recruitment initiatives to promote our programs and attract prospective students.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, admissions, or sales, preferably in an educational setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences, including students, parents, educators, and community members.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive enrollment growth and meet admissions targets.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Knowledge of the education industry, including trends, regulations, and best practices in admissions and marketing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Enthusiasm for promoting education and helping students achieve their academic goals.

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per month
