**Reports to**: Senior Manager, Employer Networks and National Engagement
**Salary**:$65,000 per annum plus a competitive benefits package

**Key Responsibilities**
**Strategic Leadership**:

- Provide strategic direction and oversee the implementation of initiatives related to lead generation, relationship building, and employer involvement in immigrant talent inclusion.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to develop comprehensive strategies, action plans, and performance indicators.
- Lead and mentor a team of outreach specialists, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
- Step into a leadership position, chairing and facilitating inspiring meetings, workshops, and events, where your guidance and expertise will shape transformative discussions.
- Embrace the role of a passionate ambassador, representing IEC-BC at networking events and prestigious business forums, expanding your professional network and making a lasting impact in the industry.

**Lead Generation and Relationship Building**:

- Conduct research and analysis to identify potential employers interested in including immigrant talent in their workplaces.
- Utilize various sources, including industry directories, online platforms, and professional networks, to generate leads.
- Develop strategies and approaches to engage employers and effectively communicate the benefits of immigrant talent inclusion.
- Build and nurture relationships with employers, HR professionals, business leaders, and industry associations to strengthen their involvement in immigrant talent inclusion initiatives.

**Employer Engagement Strategy**
- Co-develop and implement an innovative employer engagement strategy, focusing on igniting lead generation, conversion, business networking, and building invaluable employer relationships.
- Collaborate closely with the dynamic programs team to immerse yourself in the world of employers, understanding their unique needs and developing effective strategies to overcome recruitment challenges for immigrant talent.
- Build and nurture powerful relationships with employers, gaining valuable insights into their recruitment and retention needs, and empowering them to foster diverse and inclusive workforces.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team, leveraging your creativity to design compelling employer recognition social media campaigns and meaningful events that celebrate and elevate employers' remarkable achievements.

**Engaging Employers in Innovative Learning Materials**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to conceptualize and develop innovative employer-focused learning materials based on feedback and findings from engagement projects.
- Collaborate with IEC-BC employer learning team and oversee the design and creation of online courses, workshops, assessments, and other learning resources that address employer needs and promote inclusive practices.
- Gather input and feedback from employers to ensure the learning materials are relevant, engaging, and effective

**Research and Data Management**
- Utilize the power of data and analytics to drive informed strategies, identifying untapped areas of growth and improvement within employer engagement initiatives.

**Administration**
- Manage a comprehensive employer contact database, a valuable resource that allows you to customize engagement efforts based on each employer's specific recruitment and retention needs.
- Prepare narrative reports that showcase the outcomes of your efforts, leaving a lasting impression on funders, Board of Directors, and other key stakeholders.
