Join King Canada, a leader in machinery, tools, and equipment for over 35 years, now part of Einhell, a global power solutions manufacturer. Seeking a dynamic Montreal-based leader to drive Einhell brand activities in Canada.
**Responsibilities**:
Coordinate Einhell activities across departments at King Canada.
Develop online sales on platforms like Amazon, aligning offers and implementing rapid marketing activities.
Maintain a strategic product roadmap for the Canadian market, analyzing competitors and market trends.
Establish and maintain partnerships with key customers.
Identify new target markets and refine marketing strategies with the King Canada management team.
Conduct in-depth market analysis and provide insights to the CEO & VP of Sales and Marketing.
**Qualifications**:
5-10 years in strategic sales, market development, and product management.
Proven ability to represent the brand, negotiate terms, and build online distribution on platforms like Amazon.
Preferred background in Power Tools and Garden Tools markets.
Experience in online marketing, brand building, and managing sales organizations.
Flexibility to travel and work across diverse cultures.

Ayant récemment été acquise par Einhell, l'un des principaux fabricants mondiaux d'une large gamme de solutions d'alimentation et d'accessoires sans fil et avec fil, l'entité combinée cherche à embaucher un membre clé basé à Montréal de la filiale en pleine croissance. Ce rôle de leadership sera responsable de toutes les activités de la marque Einhell au Canada.
Ce rôle comprendra la planification, la gestion et la mise en œuvre de la stratégie de croissance canadienne de la marque.
Principales responsabilités:
Coordonner toutes les activités liées à Einhell avec divers départements, y compris les ventes en magasin, la gestion/les achats de produits, la logistique, le service à la clientèle, le marketing et les relations publiques chez King Canada.
Développer les ventes en ligne sur des plateformes comme Amazon (où Einhell connaît un grand succès en Europe) et harmoniser les offres et mettre en place rapidement les actions marketing nécessaires (portefeuille, publicité, promotion, contenu).
Développer et maîtriser une feuille de route stratégique de produits pour le marché canadien. Développer une connaissance approfondie des produits concurrents et effectuer une analyse comparative des performances, des prix, des forces et des faiblesses des produits, etc.
Établir, développer et maintenir des partenariats individuels avec des clients clés.
Identifiez le marché actuel tout en reconnaissant les tendances et notez les nouveaux marchés cibles potentiels.
Affiner et développer en permanence des stratégies, des plans et des activités de marketing et de vente pour la marque Einhell au Canada, en collaboration avec l'équipe de direction de King Canada.
Effectuer une analyse de marché approfondie des marchés cibles actuels et potentiels afin d'identifier les opportunités de vente et les partenariats potentiels. Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le PDG et vice-président des ventes et du marketing de King Canada pour fournir des données et des informations sur le marché canadien afin de déterminer et de gérer les priorités.
Qualifications professionnelles:
Minimum de cinq à dix (5 à 10) années d'expérience pertinente dans les ventes stratégiques, le développement de marchés et la gestion de produits et de canaux pertinents.
Capacité à représenter la marque devant divers publics (par exemple, lors de conférences, de salons de concessionnaires, de salons internes et ouverts) et avoir un historique de succès dans les relations avec les décideurs et les influenceurs allant des acheteurs aux finances en passant par les cadres de niveau C
Réussir à négocier les conditions (refacturations, livraisons excessives, etc.)
Expérience avérée dans la mise en place d'une distribution en ligne sur des plateformes B2C pertinentes (par exemple, Amazon, Walmart, etc.)
Une solide expérience du marché et une connaissance de la base de comptes sont fortement préférées (outils électriques et outils de jardin).
Expérience avérée dans le marketing en ligne, les campagnes, les méthodes et l'expérience dans la construction d'une marque
Succès dans la gestion de petits et grands comptes ainsi que dans la construction de nouveaux partenariats avec des clients potentiels.
