As a Travelling Territory Representatives, your primary responsibility will be expanding the reach of Bell Canada's network to rural communities. This involves marketing super-fast and affordable Wireless Home Internet and Satellite technology to drive sales in rural communities. **What OSL Direct Offers**:
- Competitive base pay, car allowance, and a lucrative uncapped commission structure (up to $90,000- $100,000 per year or more based on performance)

**Responsibilities**:
- Drive and support the sale of Bell’s Wireless Home Internet and Satellite technology through face-to-face customer interactions
- Travel regularly to rural communities to market Bell products and provide best-in-class customer service
- Identify customer needs and offer unique communication solutions
- Prepare, submit, and schedule orders promptly
- Act as a liaison to resolve customer concerns
- Weekly team meetings for strategizing, goal tracking, and reporting on sales and marketing results
- Stay informed about Bell promotions, offer changes, new products, and services
- Use Salesforce CRM to manage your lead funnel
- Represent Bell Canada with optimism, empathy, and integrity
**Requirements**:
- Ambitious self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Outgoing, people-oriented individual who thrives in social settings
- Meticulous time management and goal-oriented mindset
- Motivated by financial rewards, embracing the uncapped commission structure
- Possession of a vehicle and a valid driver’s license
- 2+ years of territory sales, marketing, or related experience is an asset
- Full-time availability from Tuesday to Saturday
- Ability to travel and stay overnight regularly (95% of the time)
- Additional language proficiency is considered an asset
Base pay is augmented by uncapped commission, paid on top of the base salary. Most of your income will be derived from commissions, paid per service unit activated. The commission increases as you achieve specific sales targets bi-weekly.
