Join our team as a Janitorial Products Sales Representative In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and promoting our extensive line of janitorial products. While not required, the ability to service janitorial equipment is considered a valuable asset that will set you apart.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales and Business Development**:

- Service and grow accounts from an existing database of over 2,000 customers island wide
- Identify, target, and acquire new clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to understand client needs and recommend tailored cleaning solutions.
- Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction with our services and products.
- Regularly follow up with clients to assess their needs and upsell additional services or equipment as appropriate.

**Equipment Servicing and Maintenance**:

- Provide basic troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair services for cleaning equipment, including vacuum cleaners, floor scrubbers, and other janitorial tools.
- Educate clients on proper use and maintenance of equipment to extend its lifespan and enhance performance.
- Coordinate with our service department for more complex repairs or equipment replacements when necessary.

**Market Research and Competitive Analysis**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and competitor offerings to position our services and equipment effectively.
- Adapt sales strategies to align with market demands and client expectations.

**Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and equipment service logs.
- Prepare regular sales and service reports for management review.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the janitorial or cleaning services industry.
- Technical skills and experience in servicing and maintaining janitorial equipment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
