Product Management Advisor

**What does a Product Management Advisor do at Fiserv?**

We’ve started our journey to create a world class merchant acquiring platform. As a Product Management Advisor within Commerce Hub product group, you’ll play a key role in driving how we build experience-related products focusing on the needs of various personas. You will also interact with external developers from large financial services clients, eCommerce clients, software vendors, and channel partners by designing product solutions with the best experience in mind.

**What you will do**:

- Own the strategy and lifecycle management of Commerce Hub Control Center (Admin Portal) journey from inception through launching, scaling, maturity and deprecating.
- Research the market and competition to identify opportunities.
- Work with engineering to build and improve UI & APIs.
- Own and create guidelines for product documentation & sales enablement content as well as for technical documentation.
- Design admin function APIs with great developer/stakeholder experience in mind, to a state which can be passed to engineering to be built.

**What you need to have**:

- 7 years’ experience with project delivery
- 6 years’ experience in Open API spec and building great customer centric admin portal
- Previous experience with developed software products either as a developer or as an architect
- Previous experience in financial services or payments or serving ISVs

**What would be great to have**:

- Strong knowledge of APIs and modern web technologies
- Excellent technical writing skills for customer facing documentation
