What We Need

A Day in the Life-
- Lead the coordination and compilation of comprehensive responses to Request for Proposals (RFPs), leveraging operational and technical expertise to ensure accuracy, completeness, and competitiveness of our submissions. This involves collaborating with various internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and articulate our value proposition effectively, supporting the sales team's efforts from an operational perspective- Operational support to expedite the activation and utilization of program, focusing on improving internal processes to educate and guide clients on network use and transaction procedures- Support dedicated initiatives to optimize service delivery and operational excellence for Strategic Accounts- Collaborate with the IT department on project and initiative evaluations, performing critical data exercises to develop business cases. This responsibility entails analyzing existing trends and historical data to assess the viability and potential impact of proposed IT projects, ensuring they align with operational efficiencies and strategic objectives- Gain market intelligence via monitoring competition and gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products and industry trends- Collaborate with sales, account management and marketing teams on the successful rollout of product enhancements & innovations- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience and product gaps via direct client feedback and in-depth customer survey reviews- Continuously engage with internal stakeholders, including operations, sales and account management to gather feedback on product enhancement opportunities

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree required- 5 years’ experience in client/stakeholder management- Demonstrated experience creating and presenting compelling PowerPoint presentations for internal & external stakeholders- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)- Extensive business acumen and deep understanding of business objectives / product vision- Excellent communication, leadership, and client service skills-
- Entrepreneurial and solution oriented mindset with strong bias for action- Excels in fast-pace work environment- Able to travel up to 10%
