**About** **Us**:
Challenger Manufacturing is a fast paced and fast-growing manufacturer of Street Sweepers and is seeking a self-motivated individual to market our products in the United States and Canada.

**Position Summary**:
Provide a continuous stream of qualified leads by calling customers from a pre-vetted list.

**Responsibilities**:

- Sourcing sales opportunities through outbound calls from a pre-vetted list
- Maintain a log of which customers have been contacted, the outcome of each interaction and issues that need to be flagged for follow up
- Understanding customer needs and requirements
- Routing qualified opportunities to the sales team
- Uphold standards of self-motivation, time management and productivity, and maintain a workspace that is clean organized and professional

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills. Must be fluent in English.
- Highly motivated, energetic and results oriented.
- Comfortable making a high volume of phone calls per day.
- Professional and friendly telephone manner.
- Able to build trust with others and demonstrate a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Excellent listening skills.
- Knowledge of Industrial Equipment would be an asset.
- Training for this position will be provided by Challenger Manufacturing
