**Responsibilities**:
The supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operation of Terrance
Place which houses Youth ages 12-15. The mandate is to empower the clientele to make positive choices that will help lead them towards self
- sufficiency while ensuring contract obligations are met.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education and/or previous experience working with youth;
- Early childhood development education or experience ;
- Previous supervisory experience;
- Knowledge of referral agencies;
- Open minded and willing to learn;
- Must pass YWCA Security Clearance with a successful vulnerable sector and criminal background check;
- Caring and compassionate attitude;
- Knowledge of community resources, supports and other agencies;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential;
**Remuneration: $60,047 Annual Salary**

**Duties**:

- Responsible for the general day-to-day operation of Terrance Place;
- Staff supervision, coaching and leadership;
- Administrative duties as requested by the Manager;
- Staff Schedule, ensuring proper 24/7 coverage of home;
- Ensure homes are maintained in a safe, clean and orderly manner;
- Statistical data and reporting;
- All licensing and inspections, ensuring everything is up to code;
- Purchasing of supplies (can be delegated);
- Liaise with the Ministry of Social Services;
- Ensure policies are adhered to as per contract with the Ministry of Social Services;
- Statistical tracking and reporting
- Administrative support
- Other duties as requested

**Probation**:All YWCA Prince Albert positions contain a three-month probation period.

*All applicants must reside in Saskatchewan.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $58,262.00 per year
