AJM is currently looking for an Internal Sales Representative for the Southwest Ontario region.
**The Role**:
- Responsible for sales in the Southwest Ontario territory;
- Meeting with customers in person for product presentations (Southwest Ontario);
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads;
- Building relationships with our customer base so you can best handle their needs.
- Entering orders from clients and answer incoming customer calls when not on the road;
- Working with other internal departments as required;
- Ensuring customer satisfaction;
- Following-up with existing customers;
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities;
- Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information as required;
- Keeping up with product and service information, campaigns and updates;
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers;
- Researching and staying informed about competing products and services;
- Upselling our products and services;
- Researching and qualifying new leads;
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets;
*Must own a vehicle and possess a valid driver's license in Ontario

- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
