As an Outbound Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth for our diverse portfolio of companies, including Green Maples Environmental Inc, Top Defence Security Services Inc, Ontario Employment Solutions Inc, and Ontario Restoration Squad Inc. You will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential clients in the commercial cleaning, security, employment services, and emergency restoration industries, building strong relationships, and closing sales opportunities and targets.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Additional certifications or training in sales, marketing, or customer relationship management is a plus

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound sales activities to generate new business opportunities in the commercial cleaning, security, employment services, and emergency restoration industries.
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, industry conferences, and referrals.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities, tracking all sales activities and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
- Conduct in-depth research on prospective clients, understanding their business needs, pain points, and industry challenges to effectively position our services.
- Present and demonstrate our range of services to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition and unique selling points.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and consultative selling to understand client requirements and tailor solutions that meet their specific needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations, effectively communicating the benefits and value of our services.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions, addressing any concerns or objections raised by clients, and closing sales deals.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by consistently achieving and surpassing sales quotas.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in the commercial cleaning, security, employment services, or emergency restoration industries
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term client relationships
- Proven track record of success in outbound sales.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a target-oriented environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales-related tools
- Continuous learning mindset and willingness to stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing
