**StretchLab is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee the flagship Vancouver location**

StretchLab’s proprietary Flexologisttraining ensures that their client’s receive a world class stretching session.

**About the position**

The General Manager will oversee all Studio Operation, with an emphasis on memberships sales & member retention. This role is ~ 70% (Inbound) Sales and ~ 30% operations.

You have a background in full cycle sales in a B2C environment, and capable to _“Lead From The Front”_ in producing sales. **About the studio**

With your leadership, the StretchLab studio will be a fantastic destination for members and an amazing place to work for motivated individuals who share our values and passion for wellness. StretchLab Yaletown is opening in April 2024.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- 3+ years of fitness sales experience in membership-based studios
- Demonstrated excellence is membership sales
- An affinity and passion for fitness
- Confident in hiring and training employees
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with studio owner
- Ability to manage and drive all revenue streams from membership sales to retail
- Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment
- Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment
- Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Professional, punctual, reliable and neat
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public
- Proficiency with computers and Studio software

**DUTIES**
- Membership sales follow-up
- Lead generation including community marketing, pop-up events and networking
- Drive Membership sales through outside sales and business development efforts
- Hire, manage/supervise team of 10+ (Sales Representative and Flexologists)
- Proficiency in Studio Software (ClubReady), to include revenue reports, attendance reports, etc.
- Independently make decisions related to high level customer service
- Manage member contracts, including collect out-standing dues
- Directly coordinate with all vendors, ensuring that studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio
- Enforce StretchLab policies and procedures
- Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and literature is stocked and visible
- Schedule and participate in community events and studio promotions
- Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio
- Any other duties as assigned

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- This position offers a competitive base salary; based on experience & performance
- Bonus paid on meeting/achieving monthly and quarterly targets

**Salary**: $80,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
