Join our team as an Independent Contractor for our thriving cat sitting business

**Responsibilities**:

- Feed, scoop litter, pet & play with feline friends in their own home in half-hour visits
- Administer medications if needed
- Provide daily updates to pet owners
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for the cats

**Requirements**:

- Passion for cats and their well-being
- Live in Langley, Surrey, or White Rock areas of BC
- Reliable car to drive to clients' homes
- Smart phone with a data plan
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to carefully follow instructions
- Ability to handle emergencies calmly
- Available weekends, holidays, and some evenings
- Bondable, and no criminal record
- Ability to handle emergencies calmly
- Previous experience with cat care preferred

**Please Note**:

- This is not an “employee” position - it is neither full-time nor part-time, and there are no guaranteed hours. For this reason, it is best suited for a retiree, or someone who is looking to supplement their current income.
- As an Independent Contractor, you would be offered petsitting gigs based on the clients’ needs, and would have the right to turn down any that you don’t want to do.
- There is no “hourly” rate of pay, it starts at $20 per half-hour visit, not including travel time to and from clients’ homes.

Expected hours: 1 - 20 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:
