We market products for all genders, to all retail tiers - from mass market merchants to high end department stores, specialty boutiques and sporting goods retailers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Issue purchase orders to suppliers and make sure they are complete and error free
- Send techpacks, specs, actual samples/swatches/standards to factories and ensure factories have accurate and complete information for each style with no confusion.
- Work with factories to develop a logical time and action plan for each order and make sure timelines are followed as per agreed T&A plan
- Trouble shoot production issues on daily basis with suppliers and proactively resolve quality and delivery related issues
- Liaise with design and technical to ensure that production approvals and production deadlines are met
- Work closely with traffic and shipping departments to ensure that each PO is delivered to customers on time.
- Update weekly production and approval status reports and circulate them to concerned departments
- Coordinate with overseas QA team and provide them approved PP samples and final details for each style. Ensure Inline and Final inspections are conducted as per plan and inspections are passed before shipping of goods from factories.
- Coordinate with Production Manager and Customer Service if there are any potential issues related to delivery, shortages, overages, extensions etc.
- Take care of other projects as and when assigned by Production Manager/Production Director

**Qualifications**:

- 5 to 7 years of experience in similar position working for a fast-paced fashion importer selling to major US retailers.
- Sound knowledge of production with technical knowledge of each production process
- Extremely organized and detail oriented with sharp problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in team environment as well as independently
- Superior time management skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Momentis ERP system knowledge
- Actual factory production experience would be an asset

**Principales responsabilités**:

- Émettre des bons de commande aux fournisseurs et assurez-vous qu'ils sont complets et sans erreur
- Envoyer des techpacks, des spécifications, des échantillons / échantillons / normes réels aux usines et assurez-vous que les usines disposent d'informations précises et complètes pour chaque style sans confusion.
- Travailler avec les usines pour développer un temps logique et un plan d'action pour chaque commande et s'assurer que les délais sont respectés conformément au plan de T&A convenu
- Dépanner les problèmes de production quotidiennement avec les fournisseurs et résoudre de manière proactive les problèmes liés à la qualité et à la livraison
- Assurer la liaison avec la conception et la technique pour s'assurer que les approbations de production et les délais de production sont respectés
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les services de trafic et d'expédition pour s'assurer que chaque bon de commande est livré aux clients à temps.
- Mettre à jour les rapports d'étape de production et d'approbation hebdomadaires et les diffuser aux services concernés
- Coordonner avec l'équipe d'assurance qualité à l'étranger et leur fournir des échantillons de PP approuvés et les détails finaux pour chaque style. S'assurer que les inspections en ligne et finales sont effectuées conformément au plan et que les inspections sont réussies avant l'expédition des marchandises depuis les usines.
- Coordonner avec le directeur de production et le service à la clientèle s'il y a des problèmes potentiels liés à la livraison, aux pénuries, aux excédents, aux extensions, etc.
- Prendre en charge d'autres projets au fur et à mesure des attributions du directeur de production / directeur de production

**Eixigences**:

- 5 à 7 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire à travailler pour un importateur de mode au rythme rapide vendant à de grands détaillants américains.
